NBC is seeking an experienced Commercial Banker II to join our team and help drive the growth and quality of our commercial lending portfolio. This role is ideal for a relationship‑focused, analytically strong banking professional who thrives on building partnerships, managing complex credit needs, and delivering exceptional client service.
The Commercial Banker is responsible for originating, managing, and supervising a portfolio of commercial customers while expanding existing relationships and developing new business opportunities. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of commercial credit—from gathering financial information and performing detailed financial analyses, making sound credit decisions and ensuring proper loan servicing, monitoring, and file management. You will maintain strong asset quality by proactively assessing risk within your portfolio, all while cultivating long‑term client relationships and building a robust network of external referral sources. Success in this position requires a balance of strategic relationship management, disciplined credit oversight, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in alignment with NBC’s core values.
