Watermark Art Center: Scared STOOPID Story SLAM

The theme for the evening is “Scared STOOPID!"

Share your scary memory that went beyond a moment of fright. Watermark StorySLAM events feature true personal stories, shared live from memory in a friendly competition where anyone with a tale to tell is invited to take the stage. Performers are encouraged to consider the theme when crafting their story.

Music begins at 6pm with performances at 7 on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at Bemidji Brewing. All experience levels are welcome and encouraged to perform. Same day sign-ups at the brew pub if time allows. Call Watermark if you want to pre-register and secure your performance opportunity. 218-444-7570. Please keep your story to 5 minutes or less so that everyone who wants to perform has the opportunity.
