Description
Bemidji State University presents a 75 minute restorative yoga session taught by Angie Gora. The class will take place at the Gillett Wellness Center at Bemidji State University and will engage the five senses through aroma therapy, mood lighting, hands-on assists, relaxing music and a tasting element at the end. To participate, a current group fitness pass is required or you can pay when you arrive for $7 per class. For more information, call 218-755-4135.
