Great River Rescue will host monthly Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinics through our Pet Fixers program in 2025. Eligible pet owners and caretakers can get their dogs and cats spayed and neutered, and receive other low-cost wellness services upon request. Registration opens online around 6:00 a.m. the first of the month prior to the clinic month.  Register September 1st for October clinic, etc. A $40 deposit and proof of eligibility is required at the time of registration. Great River Rescue is a no-kill, 501(c)3 non-profit organization providing shelter and care to hundreds of cats and dogs every year, until their forever home is found. The shelter relies on individuals and community events for the majority of its funding. From April to November, Great River Rescue holds monthly Pet Fixers Low-Cost Spay and Neuter Clinics, performing around 80 operations each weekend.
