Kicking off our Education classes for the year, we have Fresh Herbs and Vinaigrettes with Amber Lynne, local chef of Table for 7. Spring and Summer bring us fresh herbs, snipped from our own gardens or purchased from the local growers who sell to our co-op. Fresh herbs and vinaigrettes are a simple way to transform an ordinary dish into an extraordinary one.

Admission is $15 and all materials will be provided. Registration is required.
