The Bemidji Area Friends of Concordia Language Villages will host Fiesta de Tapas complete with flamenco guitar and dancers. The banquet is a fundraiser benefitting the Bemidji area fourth- and fifth-grade scholarship essay contest. Winning essay writers receive one-week at the language village of their choice.
