Art Exhibit by Kelli Lien, Region 2 Artist Fellow, opens February 1 2019
Region 2 Arts Council announces the opening of an exhibit artist and 2017-2018 Region 2 Artist Fellow, Kelli Lien. Ma Lien will exhibit a new body work, including both watercolor and collage, at the Wild Hare Bistro in Bemidji. Her work is on display during the months of February and March 2019
