Local musician John Henningsgaard announces the release of
Northern Address, an album of ten original songs. To celebrate and share music, Hennings gathers with special guests Lance Heddan, Kristi Miller and more on Friday, December 21 from 7 to 10 at Brigid's Pub in Bemidji. The public is invited
Northern Address incorporates elements of folk, rock, blues and country as it comments on life in the northland. The album features the adornment of Hedden's woodwinds, the percussively inventive mandolin of Miller, and trademark riffs of guitarman Jeffrey Sawyer. Gary Broste and Eric Sundeen, masters of rhythm section, provide the glue.

The celebration promises to build community by digging into the culture of our northern address
